How to give access to your camera & microphone on an iOS device

Our video consultations take place in the browser of your iOS device. For the video consultation to take place we need to have access to your camera and microphone.

Your camera and microphone can have the following settings: 

 

Ask: The website must ASK if they can access the camera & microphone, every time.

Deny: The website CANNOT  use the camera & microphone

Allow: This means the website can ALWAYS use your camera. 

If you get the error “We could not find a camera device to stream your video” please do the following: 

  1. Click on AA icon on the left side of the URL bar
  2. Click on Website Settings
  3. Ensure both Camera & Microphone are set to Ask or Allow

  4. Press Done 
  5. Refresh your page.
