A 7 week old baby guinea pig is now snuffly like she has a blocked nose, is quite snotty and she’s also sneezing. Other than this she is eating and drinking normally.

Upper respiratory and chest infections are common in guinea pigs and treatment often includes antibiotics,  I’d recommended a hands-on examination from your local vet ASAP, and medication may need to be prescribed.

Making sure she’s eating properly and is hydrated, and also consider her environment: make sure the bedding isn’t dusty (consider trying paper at the moment), as well as changing her bedding daily, as strong smells can also be irritating to the respiratory tract.

It’s also important to weigh your baby pig every day to ensure there’s weight gain––it’s the best way to assess healthy growth.
