Yesterday my 6 month old coolie ate a whole loaf of bread, today now he’s pale almost white gums, and his tail is between his legs- what should I do?

Pale or white gums is a very serious sign and can indicate severe anaemia or shock. This needs immediate hands on Veterinary attention, head straight to your nearest open clinic without delay. And have someone call the vet so that they know you are on the way in.
