My dog has gone off her food, she hasn’t eaten a full meal for a couple of days

Not eating for 2 days is a long time.

Not eating is a general symptom which could be due to a long list of medical conditions – both gastrointestinal but also kidney, liver, infection etc. And two days without eating is a very long time.

It’s a symptom that something isn’t right and given the time frame she needs to see your local bricks and mortar vet for a hands-on examination as soon as possible. Tests (blood and urine, possibly imaging) may be recommended from there.
