My dog accidentally got hit by a tennis ball in the eye tonight. Her inner eye lid is covering her eye slightly, and it looks a bit blurry. She is squinting a bit, I’m very worried. What do I do?

When a tennis ball hits a dogs eye they can actually cause quite a bit of damage.

Inflammation within the eye is quite possible and given your description it’s likely that medication is needed.

A hands-on examination from your local vet would be a great place to start, and as soon as possible. Particularly if she is worsening.
