My cat is 7 years old and she hasn’t been eating properly for a week or 2. She’s very skinny and now she keeps stumbling around and can’t walk properly and won’t eat or drink.

Not eating and particularly, not drinking are very serious symptoms. This together with the weak and wobbly gait could be the result of many underlying causes.

The weight loss indicates that something may have been brewing for a while, but the issue is critical now.

In this case, we really need to find the cause of the not eating/drinking and wobbly gait so that we can treat your cat’s problem (not just the symptoms). This will help us reach the best treatment plan too.

A hands-on examination from your local vet as soon as possible would be a great place to start. They may recommend a blood and urine test as a great way to assess your cat’s base health.
