Is it ok to spey my cat 7 weeks after having kittens when she is still producing milk?

Cats can and are speyed, whilst they are lactating. At 7 weeks post kittens there is absolutely no reason to delay the spey, provided all else is well. She can easily become pregnant again at this stage, so keep her indoors until she has been speyed to minimise the risk.
